- Quat sanitizer dispenser was dispensing a concentration of 100ppm. -The quat sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket was measured, and it was at 100 ppm, then the dispenser was checked, and it was also dispensing at 100 ppm. So, the operator was told to call ecolab and get the dispenser calibrated, so that it dispenses a concentration of 200 ppm to 400 ppm. In the meantime, the operator was told to manually dilute the sanitizer to a concentration of 200ppm to 400 ppm.
