      • There was dirty equipment (hair cut machine had hair on the blade) stored with clean equipment (hair rollers). - Please ensure to clean the equipment properly before storing.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1) Residue was observed in barbicide and it was still being used, there was equipment submerged in the barbicide.- Please ensure to replace the barbicide daily or once it had visible contamination. 2) No clippercide was available during the inspection. - Please ensure to have clippercide.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Storage cart had dust build up. - Please ensure to clean the storage carts along with equipment.
