- Wet/used cleaning cloths were kept on the counter. Spray quat sanitizer bottles were being used. -Cleaning cloths were being laundered.Cleaning cloths intended to be reused must be frequently cleaned and stored in a sanitizing solution at the correct concentration when not in use to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms.

- 1)Staff washroom door was opened directly into the kitchen. No self-closing device was installed on the door.-Install a self-closing device.2) Taps were used to cover the hole on the accessible washroom.Remove the tape.-Use surfaces that are smooth, non-absorbent to moisture and easy to clean.

- **Repeat Violation**- Issue still present. Insect screen gap noted along bottom edge and door itself does not fit properly. Major gap noted along the top and bottom edges when screen door is closed.- Staff has a tendency to open the solid door for fresh air but refrain from opening this door until screen door is fixed and all gaps or openings are addressed.The back exterior screen door open and when operator closed the door there was gapping at the top.CORRECTIVE ACTION: Please ensure the exterior screen door is shut at all times to prevent pests from entering. Screen door must also be repaired to eliminate gapping.
