- The following products were found in the cooler;1. Lefover Sculptra, dated 5th September,2024. Label on the package states that product should be discarded 72 hours after reconstitution and discarded after single use.2. Leftover Botox injection dated 16th of August,2024. Label on the package states that product should be used within 24 hours after opening.3. Left over Dysport dated 6th of September, 2024. Label on the package states that product should be discarded 24 hours after opening.Staff removed the indicated products from the cooler during inspection.Ensure products are used following the manufacturer's instructions of use, reconstitution and, storage time.

- Leftover multidose bacteriostatic solution with preservative was found with no date. Packs of unopened multidose bacteriostatic solution with preservative was found on site as well. The manufacturer's requirement of using preservative-free 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP for reconstitution was discussed with the operator.Ensure products are used following the manufacturer's instructions of use, reconstitution and, storage time. Reconstitution of injectables should only be completed using preservative-free 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP
