    • 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Water sample from May 25 was not processed by the lab due to wrong (due to wrong date lab stated that sample was received more than 24hrs. after collection) information on the requisition form.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Flow meter was not functional during the inspection. Please make sure required repairs are completed.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • Free chlorine level is the whirlpool was 10ppm. Chlorine level to be reduced but still maintained at a minimum of 2ppm.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • Suction outlet cover date is expired. Please make sure proper outlet cover meets with new SOFA (Suction Outlet Fitting Assemblies) requirements.Please provide the copy of information sheet for Suction outlet cover (the sheet that gives installation instructions should have model and date too)
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Some of the inlet covers were missing.Surface on one of the jets was rusted, not in a good repair. ***Please make sure required repairs are completed.

      • There was crack tile beside the main drain cover. Sharp cornersJet covers were missing 2 upper and 2 bottom jet covers and had sharp corners.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • *Testing kit was not capable of measuring FC over 5ppm. There were multiple times FC was 0ppm and 10ppm and there was no information what has been done if the FC was 0 , and test kit was capable of measuring over 5ppm/*Clarity of the pool is not being checked and recorded on the pool logs. To be checked daily and added to the pool log.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • *Suction Outlet cover was expired in 2021. Anti-entrapment plan needs to be updated after the new outlet cover installation.*Temperature requirement for whirlpool, steam room needs to be written on the signage .*Location of the fire alarm, telephone or other emergency devices, where applicable Signage is required to be updated.

      • 1. Water result from February 22 bacteriological sample came back present for pseudomonas and 690CFU/mL.
    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • The alkalinity measured 38 ppm.Adjust the alkalinity so that it remains within the required range.
