      • Water sample submitted on Oct. 13 was not processed by the lab due to no identification number on the bottle.

      • Flow meter was not functional during the inspection. Please make sure required repairs are completed.

      • Free chlorine level is the whirlpool was 10ppm. Chlorine level to be reduced but still maintained at a minimum of 2ppm.

      • Suction outlet cover date is expired.
