- Unable to do dishes as the plumbing has been disconnected from the grease trap due to a sewage back up. **All food is served in single use wrap. no reusable customer dishes/utensils. **No dishwashing can be done until a plumber is onsite to remediate the issue. Multiple tongs/knives to use until repair is complete.

- Update March 14, 2024:- Previously noted items have not yet been addressed.Update May 30, 2023:- Previously noted areas still need repairs. - Operator has stated plans are in place for repairs to be done by next week.Shelf used to hold microwave is broken / damaged.Some broken wall tiles present.- All surfaces must be smooth, easily cleanable and in good repair.- Repair / replace as needed.

- Update March 14, 2024:- Previously noted issue remains.Tape and residue along the lid of the chest freezer in the back prep room.- Please do not use sticky tape to make repairs on equipment. Ensure surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.- Operator has stated a plan is in place to replace the chest freezer and is being shipped and will arrive between 1-2 weeks.
