      • 1) The back of the meat slicer was dirty with food sliced from the previous day.-clean and sanitize the meat slicer after use.2) Handles of the line coolers were dirty with sauce/grease/debris.-clean and sanitize the handles and any other commonly/frequently touched surfaces during food production. 3) The walk-in cooler floor was dirty with debris/food.Ensure the cooler and equipment is cleaned on a frequent basis. Clean under shelves and hard to reach areas.

Update May 24, 2023:- Thorough cleaning is still needed in previously noted areas below but also include thorough cleaning of grease and debris built up under and behind the kitchen cookline, and mold build up on the ceiling in the walk-in keg room.Build-up of dirt / debris in the following areas:- drawers below hot holding unit- ceiling in various areas of kitchen- floor below shelves in hard to reach areas of kitchen- walls and ceiling of walk-in keg cooler have mold present on surfacesClean noted areas.
