      • 1) There was an accumulation of dust and debris on the bottom grate and slide rails of the refrigeration units on the retail floor.- To be cleaned.2) There was dust accumulation on top of the decommissioned stainless steel slush machine along the north wall. Syrup debris accumulation was also noted inside the grate under the taps.- To be cleaned.3) Dirty and stained cardboard was being stored beside the decommissioned stainless steel slush machine.- To be removed.4) There was coffee ground and food debris accumulation noted inside the garbage cabinet under the table-top refrigeration unit holding the coffee creamer. - To be cleaned.
