- The cleaning cloth sanitizer solution in the front area tested at 50 ppm quat. Please make sure to regularly change the solution to maintain a concentration of at least 200 ppm quat.

- The dishwasher tested 0ppm sanitizer after multiple runs. Staff are to follow the 3-compartment sink method until dishwasher is repaired.

- Staff are not regularly testing the sanitizer concentration of the dishwasher. The dishwasher should be tested daily to ensure it is sanitizing properly.

- The soap dispenser at the front hand sink is not currently mounted on the wall, so staff cannot use it until it is reinstalled. Alternatively, the facility could use a free-standing soap dispenser until the wall-mounted one is fixed.

- The facility is cluttered and requires cleaning in hard-to-reach areas such as shelves, underneath tables, walls, inside cupboards, and behind coolers. The space should be kept clean and organized.
