- 1. A piece of unfinished wood was observed on the wall behind the two-compartment sink. 2. Several of the finishes on the counters throughout the food prep area such as beside the flat top grill and on the middle food prep island were observed to be peeling off and are no longer smooth and easy to clean. 1. Ensure that the wood is sealed to be smooth, moisture resistant and easy to clean.2. Ensure that the surfaces are re-sealed or replaced to be smooth and easy to clean.**Jan 9, 2026 - Observed area was still in the process of being completed.
