- 3 spinach and feta pastries were observed to be stored at room temperature in the front pastry display case. Ensure all potentially hazardous food is stored in the cooler at 4 degrees Celsius or below. The operator informed that the pastries had only been out for one hour and were relocated to the cooler during the inspection.

- The prep cooler across from the large front display cooler was measured at 11 degrees Celsius. The thermometer inside the cooler was also observed to be at 11 degrees Celsius. Ensure that the indicated prep cooler is serviced and/or replaced to ensure that a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or below is maintained.

- The end portion of the hose attached to the QUAT sanitizer dispenser was observed with a buildup of grime. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. The operator cut the end of the hose off during the inspection.

- Display cooler tested 11C, and walk-in cooler tested 8C. Staff indicate the cooler temperatures have been inconsistent and maintenance has been called. All perishable foods are to be stored in a proper working cooler that maintains 4C or below until the other coolers are repaired.
