      • A box of potatoes was stored on the floor and a bulk food container was stored on a shelf without a cover. The operator promptly stored the box of potatoes off of the floor and got a cover for the bulk food container.

      • After successive tested runs on the high-temperature dishwasher, the maximum temperature measured was 66.4 degrees Celsius.
