      • The lights in the ice machine room are not working.There is a large gap in the wall beside the ice machine. Ensure the walls are sealed off as they can provide harborage for pests.

      • There is debris buildup underneath/behind the deep fryer.The light switch leading into the dry storage is dirty.There is a buildup of dust above the waffle iron area in the kitchen.A few drawers with utensils require cleaning.

      • There are mouse droppings along the wall beside the ice machine.No other signs of pests were noted; no activity noted on the most recent pest control service report from 17/09/25. Clean up droppings using a bleach solution and continue to monitor for signs of pests.

      • There is grease buildup underneath the fryer station on the adjacent walls

      • One of the food prep coolers measures 13°C. Items were placed in a separate cooler. Do not use this cooler for storing high risk foods until it maintains 4°C or lower.

      • A used cleaning cloth was observed on the counter near the ice well. The operator was told to move the cleaning cloth to a sanitizer bucket.

      • The front prep cooler was measured at 10°C, exceeding the required maximum of 4°C. The operator was advised to transfer the contents to a functioning refrigerator maintaining proper temperature.

      • One of the food prep coolers is not maintained at 4°C or lower which is the required temperature. It was measured at 10°C.
