      • 1. Used yellow foot scrubs stored with new foot scrubs. Scrubs appeared to be cleaned and reused.2. Used toe spreaders found at manicure stations.Ensure all single use items are discarded after use on one client.

      • Tommy reusable files and cleaning brushes throughout the facility are not in good condition. Ensure these are discarded.

      • Manufacturer's instruction is not followed while disinfecting semicritical tools. Please ensure tools are cleaned/disinfected appropriately:- Clean tools using water and detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly. - Pour high level disinfectant (example: PREempt™ CS20) directly into soaking tray. Do not dilute.- Fully immerse tools in high level disinfectant. RINSE, DRY & STORE- Rinse tools with water and dry manually using clean cloth or disposable towel. Store in a clean container marked “DISINFECTED
