- Wet cloths on counter. Ensure cloths are placed into a sanitizing solution once wet.

- Butter wrappers used to cover hashbrowns in cooler. Discard wrappers once they are removed from the butter.

- 1. Cooked sausages stored at room temperature. Measured 35C. Ensure sausages are stored below 4 or above 60C.2. Large container of butter stored at room temperature. Ensure butter is portioned into small containers for use if left at room temperature and not put back into the bulk supply to prevent potential bacteria growth.3. A flat of eggs stored at room temperature. Measured 18C. Ensure eggs are stored below 7C. Recommend putting some in the cooler insert.

- A large amount of mouse droppings located under the dishwashing sink. Additional droppings found in utility room. Ensure these areas are cleaned and sanitized. Contact pest control to help abate issue. Send last 3 months of pest control records.

- Gap under back door. Ensure weather stripping is repaired to prevent access of pests.

- 1. The ice cream freezer is rusted.2. The shelves in the walk in cooler are rusted. Ensure these are repaired/painted/replaced so that they are smooth and easily cleanable.
