- Hole in the ceiling around ducting in the affected corner pantry should be close off as close to the ducting as possible to prevent harborage sites for pests. - June 15, 2026 - contractor has been contacted and onsite to assess ceiling- contractor availability causing a delay in start of work. Kitchen operations close for summer - pest monitoring still expected. Kitchen manager indicated that work is expected to be completed by end of July 2026.

- Chlorine test strips onsite were expired and require replacement. - May 28, 2026 - QUAT test strips had been purchased by mistake. Chlorine test strips with an acceptable expiry date will be sourced.

- Gap to the outside noted in the back doors by the storage room. All exterior doors must be completely sealed to the outside to prevent the entry of pests and/or vermin. - May 28, 2026 - supplies to repair door seals had been purchased and a handyman scheduled to complete the work within the next 10 days.

- Mouse droppings noted at the back of the corner pantry around the bait box. Discussed issue with kitchen manager, remove food from the impacted area and deep clean/disinfect the area. All food not in cans should be stored in strong plastic tubs with tight fitting lids. Deep clean pantry shelving and kitchen flooring/baseboards. Ensure the church front door isn't propped open for extended periods.A pest control professional should be contracted to complete an assessment/treatment of the kitchen and whole building to address the potential mouse activity.Hole in the ceiling around ducting in the affected corner pantry should be close off as close to the ducting as possible to prevent harborage sites for pests.Pest control checklist was a month behind - March 2026 completed form did not indicate any signs of pest activity.
