- Cleaning cloths were found soaked in a solution in a container, but no chlorine bleach was detected. The operator added bleach, and the solution was then tested at 100 ppm.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- -No thermometer was available in the mini fridge in the office. The operator obtained a thermometer.*Please monitor the temperature of the mini fridge as it was measured at around 6C.-No food thermometer was available to verify the internal temperature of cooked foods. The operator obtained a probe thermometer.Discussed safe food handling temperatures.Cook most foods to a minimum internal temperature of 74C. Keep cold foods at 4C or below and keep hot foods at 60C or above using proper hot holding equipment.

- Up-to-date pest control records were not available for review at the time of inspection. The operator later provided photos of a completed pest control checklist for the month of July. Please continue to maintain pest control records.

- Heavy build-up was noted on exhaust hood filters above the stove. Please clean and maintain filters.

- -A heavily worn plastic cutting board was found. The operator discarded it on-site.-A heavily damaged pot with a cracked base was found. The operator removed the pot on-site.Please ensure all equipment and utensils used can easily be cleaned.

- Refrigerator and freezer handles were not clean. Corrected onsite. Please make sure these high-touch areas are cleaned regularly.
