- Reusable equipment is not fully being cleaned prior to immersion in High-level Disinfectant. Build up was observed at the bottom of the foot callus remover near the handle. The foot callus removers were all separated, cleaned and disinfected again upon request. Ensure all items are cleaned properly prior to disinfection.
