      • The floor mat used for diapering in the toddler area is leaned against the bathroom wall. The mat should have a dedicated space off the floor, out of reach of clients.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • One of the diapering change mat covers had felt and was not easily cleanable. Ensure that covers are changed after each use or are made of cleanable materials.
