      • The mechanical dishwasher was tested with a plate thermometer and after several runs was measured to be 69.3 C. Ensure dishwasher is able to reach a sanitizing temperature.

      • *Test strips were not available onsite. Pool test strips observed. Ensure valid test strips are present onsite.
