      • *Electrical outlet at the entrance and in one of the washrooms appears to be chipped. *Electrical outlet in baby room was observed to have sharp corners. Ensure safe management of all electrical outlets.*Step at the entrance appears to be unfinished. Wood surfaces observed. Ensure all areas are impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.

      • *Hot water temperature was measured to be at approx. 55C in OSC /preschool room and 57 C in the baby room. The temperature of the hot water accessible to clients of this social care facility is too hot. The temperature of water at every hot water faucet that is accessible to children, senior citizens, infirm, or disabled persons in a social care facility shall be limited to a maximum of 54°C (recommended maximum is 49°C). The temperature of water at every bathing fixture that is accessible to children, senior citizens, infirm, or disabled persons in a social care facility shall be limited to a maximum of 49°C (recommend maximum is 43°C).
