      • One hand sink waiting school maintenance to change taps and need parts replacement. This hand sink does have hot and cold running water as plumber and Leo Gruber, Forman used a key to turn on warm running water.Ensure liquid soap, paper towels at hand sinks all the time.Two sets of new two compartment sinks equipped with hot and cold running water at student food preparation area. Liquid soap dispensers and paper towels dispensers on order.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Submit photo for the fire suppression system inspection/service that has recently performed.** Previous Inspection dated January 31, 2024:According to Monica Wieler, school secretary, current school kitchen will be closed on February 12, 2024 and no hot lunch will be provided to students until school's new kitchen is built in September 2024. Previous Inspection Report dated November 24, 2023: **Canopy of hood and suppression system last professionally cleaned on March 22, 2022 and it is due.

      • According to Monica Wieler, school secretary, current school kitchen will be closed on February 12, 2024 and no hot lunch will be provided to students until school's new kitchen is built in September 2024. Previous Inspection Report dated November 24, 2023: **Canopy of hood and suppression system last professionally cleaned on March 22, 2022 and it is due.

    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • This is a repeat infraction. Cook, Darleen McLean will put another other and purchase Quats sanitizer for upcoming week. Provided the information where she can look up to purchase Quats sanitizer. Submit a photo by February 6, 2024 once Quats sanitizer have ordered and arrived at the facility.Previous Inspection dated November 24, 2023:**Facility currently using Quats sanitizer spray bottle (Ecolab 610074, Keystone REDI San RTU Hard Surface Sanitizer) was measured at 200 ppm (minimum 200 ppm) at the time of inspection. No Quats test strips available onsite.Obtain Quats test strips.Previous Inspection dated on January 28, 2022:**(1) There were no test strips available during the inspection for testing sanitizing solutions for food-contact surfaces and dishwashing procedure. The cook expressed interest in using chlorine/bleach solution. Thus, a test strip capable of measuring 100 ppm of chlorine concentration must be obtained.**OBTAIN TEST STRIPS.

      • Repeated infraction. Operator will get a custodian to take down the science lab's paper towel dispenser and put it up at the kitchen hand sink as they could not find the same paper towels to put inside the existing one. Current hot lunch kitchen will also be closed down on February 12, 2024 and students won't have hot lunch until new kitchen is being built. New kitchen under construction and should be ready for inspection in September, 2024.Previous Inspection Report dated November 24, 2023:**Some paper towels left on the counter next to the hand washing sink instead of paper towel dispenser at the time of inspection.Previous Inspection report dated January 28, 2022:**(1) The paper towel in the handwashing station was not in a dispenser. There was a paper towel dispenser that was in disrepair by the handwashing station. Ensure to place paper towels in dispenser to prevent cross-contamination.**REPAIR/REPLACE THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER.

      • Monica Wieler, school secretary requested a new Food Handling Permit and emailed [email protected] at the time of inspection. A copy of the Pest Control Monitoring Checklist was provided to the cook during the inspection. The checklist must be conducted and completed every month.**CONDUCT AND COMPLETE THE PEST CONTROL CHECKLIST MONTHLY.
