- (1) There was no pest control monitoring system in-place during the inspection. The owner was provided with a copy of the pest control checklist by Alberta Health Services, which must be conducted every month at minimum. Another copy will be provided with this report.**CONDUCT AND COMPLETE THE PEST CONTROL CHEKLIST EVERY MONTH.
