- Mouse droppings were observed:- On the floor behind the cooler in the southwest corner of the facility.- On the floor on the south side of the facility.- On the platform for the floor mixer.- On shelving on the east side of the facility.Safely clean up all mouse droppings. Ensure that adequate pest control is taking place in the facility.

- The drain plugs available were not well-fitting. The operator stated that they put bags on the plugs to hold water in the sinks.Obtain two well-fitting drain plugs for the two compartment dishwashing sinks.
