      • Too many boxes of frozen french fries stored inside tent without temperature control. Advised Parduman to limit to no more than 7 boxes at a time to use within an hour.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink had no supply of hot water. Please ensure hand sinks have supply of hot/cold running water.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • Tent did not have their own 3 comp sink. Handsink unit for front tent use was not inside the tent
