- Operating homebased food business out of basement kitchen in personal living quarters. Observations included:- foods and food equipment stored on floor and on couches among personal clothing and other personal effects- foods processed on floor as evident with dirty mixer unit on floor- inadequate ventilation - room was filled with grease vapour and smoke- only 2 compartment sink available- general lack of sanitation and organization- bedroom located behind kitchen
