- Raw ground beef was stored above a bag of romaine lettuce in the walk-in cooler. Ensure that raw animal meat is stored below, not above or beside, ready to eat foods and vegetables. Ground meat was relocated to a lower shelf. Corrected during inspection.

- Cases of pop, drinks and boxes of single-use food storage containers were stored in the staff washroom. Please remove all food and food handling equipment from the washroom.

- Walk-in cooler was maintaining 6.7C, internal food temperature. Please move all perishable foods into another cooler that is maintaining 4C or less. Repair the cooler. Ensure that it is maintaining 4C or less.

- The surface of the ceiling tile near the walk-in cooler is peeling. The tile is no longer cleanable. Please replace or repair. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and in good repair.
