      • Dirty surface was observed around the diapering mat in baby and toddler classrooms.-Please clean/sanitize the identified areas regularly.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Protruding screw was observed adjacent to the toilet in the school age washroom.-Please providing suitable cover for the identified screw to prevent potential injury.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Hand sinks without sealant were observed in most classrooms and washrooms.-Please apply silicone sealant around these handwashing sinks to prevent potential water infiltration.2. A leaking pipe was observed under the sink in the preschool washroom.-Please repair the identified pipe and ensure it is in good working condition.3. One of the toilets in the preschool was overflowing at the time of inspection.-Please repair the affected toilet and ensure it is functioning properly.4. Hot water temperature was measured at 29°C in most of the downstairs washrooms.-Please increase and maintain hot water temperature between 38°C and 43°C to support proper handwashing practices.

      • Uncovered electrical outlets were observed in toddlers and kindergarten rooms.-Please cover all electrical outlets or ensure all outlets are tamper-proof to prevent electrical hazard.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Peeling paint observed in walls in toddlers and kindergarten rooms.-Please repaint the indicated areas to maintain good repair.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Dirty toy containers and shelves were observed in some rooms including 3-4 years old and toddlers' rooms.-Please clean and sanitize these containers and shelves, ensure to maintain them in sanitary condition.2. Damaged floor covered with tape was observed in the toddler 1 classroom.-Please fix the indicated area to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.

      • 1. Long tangling wires were observed in Out of School Care and Kindergarten classrooms.-Please tape down or keep all long tangling wires out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.2. Light fixture without cover was also noted in the Out of School Care classroom.-Please provide a suitable cover for the light fixture or ensure the light bulbs are non-shatter type to prevent injury.

      • A worn diapering mat with exposed foam was observed in Toddler B diapering area.-Please replace or repair the worn mat to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing after the diapering process.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The caulking behind the handwashing sink and the wall was ineffective in the classroom 3-4.Please apply new silicon sealant to the indicated area to prevent water infiltration.2. The caulking around the walls of the toilet floor and the handwashing sink area in the kindergarten washroom were worn off.Please apply new sealant to the indicated areas to prevent water infiltration.3. Peeling wall paint was noted in the Out of School Care' washroom 2.-Please repair.
