- Several small flies were observed in the back area, including on the wall above the three-compartment sink and around the sugarcane press machine.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- A sugarcane press machine was set up in the back area and, as confirmed by the operator, is used to process raw sugarcane stalks into juice. This does not align with the approval, which only permits stocking bulk food dispensers. If juice preparation is to continue, the operator must contact AHS for approval.
