- 1. Deli table inserts were 11.0C. Please ensure foods are maintained below 4C.2. Water in hot water bath was 27C. Hot food was present. Please ensure hot food is maintained above 60C.3. High risk foods ( cooked chicken, french fries, cut onions, house-made chutneys, youghurt based sauces and gravies) were stored at room temperature on the cook line. Store in cooler. Note: an additional cooler may be required.
