      • -The chemical-based dishwasher was measured at 12 ppm (which was low and inadequate for sanitizing the dishware.Action taken:-Staff was instructed to repair the dishwasher, staff member onsite fixed the issue and finally dishwasher was measured at 100 ppm at dish-level.-Education was provided to the staff to regularly monitor the strength of sanitizer in dishwasher by chlorine test papers.

      • -The dirt and debris were observed above the dishwasher.Action required:-Please clean the indicated area.
