- A whisk was observed to be sitting in a container with what appeared to be water and cream. Ensure utensils are stored in a clean and sanitary manner. Discussed storing the indicating utensil in a 100ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer or cleaning it after use. The operator cleaned the indicated utensil during the inspection.

- A buildup of grime was observed on the exterior surfaces of the walk-in cooler and freezer doors. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.

- Used cleaning cloths observed on food contact surfaces. Cleaning cloths must be stored inside a sanitizer solution when not in immediate use.
- 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
- Observed staff member practice improper glove use. Hands must be washed prior to putting on a new set of gloves.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Thermometers couldn't be located for the prep cooler in the front and the Pepsi cooler.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Test strips expired in 2015 - please purchase new test strips.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No liquid soap observed at the handwash station.

- Facility is self-monitoring for pests but not maintaining written records. The AHS Pest Control Checklist must be filled out monthly and records kept onsite if you do not have a licensed pest control company hired.

- The following items require cleaning:-racks in the Pepsi cooler-ventilation canopy filters (should be removed every 1-2 weeks or as needed for cleaning)
