- Yes (corrected during inspection) - note that the designated hand-wash sink in the kitchen area must be open and accessible at all times, with supply of hot and cold running water under pressure, liquid soap and paper towels for all staff hand-washing. At time of inspection, the hand-wash sink was covered (and not in use) and the front bar area utility sink was in use for pre-washing of dishware prior to adding into the commercial dishwasher. The kitchen hand-wash sink must be accessible, functional, and well supplied at all times.
