      • Quat solution in the spray bottle have been made for a long time and tested 0ppm.Ensure quat sanitizer solution is prepared daily until test strips can be obtained.

      • Quat test strip were not available.Ensure quat strip is obtained and test quat solution at 200ppm after a new mixture is prepared.

      • Staff indicated toys were washed and rinsed without a disinfection step. Ensure toy cleaning steps are completed; wash, rinse and then disinfect by immersing in 100ppm of chlorine soultion or 200ppm of available quat solution for at least 2 minutes before airdying.
