      • Quat solution in the spray bottle have been made for a long time and tested 0ppm.Ensure quat sanitizer solution is prepared daily until test strips can be obtained.

      • The cooler and internal temperature of the milk in the cooler was 8C. Milk had been in the cooler for several days.Staff discarded milk during inspection and cooler temperature was adjusted.Ensure cooler is maintained at 4C or less.
