      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle initially observed with 0ppm Quat. Once emptied and refilled from the automatic quat dispenser at the 3 compartment sink a residual of approx 250ppm was measured.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are trained on how to measure the concentration on Quat.

      • Corrective Action(s): This was noted in my inspection report on November 16, 2021. Fins need to be cleaned more regularily ie monthly as dust build up with impact the ability of the refrigerator to properly cool.
