      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cheesse sticks, yogos, sliced prepackaged carrots and milk were stored in a cooler holding an ambient temperature of 9.9C. These items are potentially hazardous foods and should be stored at temperatures of 4C or below.
      • Corrective Action(s): The food items were moved to a working cooler holding temperatures of 4C or below

      • Observation: Observed the small cooler containing lunch kits like cheese sticks, yogos, milk and sliced prepackaged carrots was measured at an ambient temperature of 9.9C when the thermometer was left in the cooler, it registered a temperature of 7.2C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please repair the cooler and ensure temperature of 4C oe below is achieved. Do not store any pontentially hazardous foods in this cooler
