      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasses of milk were being stored at 9C in the small walk-in cooler (Refrigerator #2) for an unknown period of time. Temperature logs for this cooler have not been properly maintained, because the thermometer was not working properly.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all the milk in this cooler. The broken thermometer was discarded and replaced with a new working thermometer.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bulk food scoops were stored inside the bulk containers with the scoop handles in direct contact with the food.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove the scoops from the containers. Clean and sanitize the scoops. Provide a clean container for storing the scoops. Ensure the container and scoop are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White service cooler: Internal temperature of potentially hazardous food (milk) at 10 degrees C. Ambient temperature at 9 degrees C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service rack containing trays of milk, juice, and brownies was transferred to walk in cooler at 4 degrees C or less. Service rack had been in white service cooler for approx. 2 hours, according to kitchen manager. Please ensure that cooler temperatures of 4 degrees C or less can be maintained before any potentially hazardous foods are stored here. Service/maintenance may be required. Note: New thermometer has been placed into white cooler as previous thermometer may not be accurate.
