      • Observation: - Dust accumulation was observed under the coolers and prep/slicer tables on front line.
      • - Rodent dropping which appeared to be old, were observed in the corner beside the pop cooler by the front dining area and in the adjacent corner closest to the front door.
      • *Staff stated the ceiling panels were removed to install cameras and the droppings fell from there.
      • - Accumulation of food debris was observed in the seam between the doors of 2-door chest freezer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator to thoroughyly clean all the above noted areas and ensure premises is maintained in sanitary condition.
