- Expired alcohol wipes were observed in the infant and OSC first aids kits. Please ensure all first aids kits are fully equipped with no expired products. The operator removed the indicated expired alcohol wipes during the inspection.
- 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
- One of the diapering pads in the toddler room was observed to be in disrepair and is no longer smooth and easy to clean. Ensure diapering pads remain smooth, moisture resistant, and easy to clean. The operator discarded the indicated diapering pad during the inspection.
