- Observation: Gap opening from worn-out door sweepers at the front and back door. Public health significance: Gap opening could encourage pest entry to the premises. Pests are vectors for diseases and pathogens, and can contaminate food and food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Operator to replace door sweepers to ensure door is properly sealed.

- Observation: Wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbour and grow microbes if left as used at room temperature.
- Corrective Action: Operator to store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Alternatively, use paper towels and with sanitizing solution in a spray bottle.

- 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
- Observation: Three handwashing stations available but not adequate for use. Observed diry dishes stored in one of the handwashing sinks. Another sink was blocked off o the front by a storage cart. The third sink was right next to the ice storage sink in the bar area. Adequate handwashing stations should be available for use at all times to maintain proper hand hygiene without any potential for contamination of food or food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Operator to provide a designated handwashing station for employees and this sink should not be used for storing used dishes. The sink next to the ice storage area should not be used for handwashing or ensure ice sink is covered in a way that prevents cross-contaminaton of ice.

- Observation: A remote inspection of this premises was conducted through Microsoft teams on 13-Jan-23. The operator completed a Food Premises Self-Inspection Checklist and submitted this along with any requested supporting documents to the environmental health officer. An on-site inspection was not conducted by the environmental health officer

- Observation: A hole in the bottom left corner of the back door was observed which may potentially be an entry way for pests such as rodents. This may further lead to pest infestation of the premise.
- Corrective Action: Operator to fix the weather strip/door seal. Operator to send in a picture showing the repair as early as possible.
