      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Liquid soap is not provded for handwashing station. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action: Operator moved handwashing soap to handwash station.

      • Observation: A valid operating permit was not posted in a conspicuous location at the time of the inspection.
      • Corrective Action: A valid permit must be available and posted in a location viewable to the public.
    • 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
      • Observation: Refrigerators are missing thermometers. Consistent temperature log is crucial in determining weather potentially hazardous food has been left in the danger zone (between 4 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius) for more than 2 hours. It can also ensure that any abnormality of refrigeration units will be caught early before any major issues occur.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure all refrigerating units in the premise are equipped with a working thermometer. The operator was also instructed to ensure a temperature log is available and maintain consistency recording the temperatures twice daily
