      • Pedicure chairs have a build up of dirt and debris. The chairs must be kept clean and sanitized.Unused equipment must be kept clean or removed.

      • Edges of the counters in the facial room are missing. Edging of counters must be repaired so that they can be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Facial room beds have damaged covers. Bed covering must be repaired or replaced.
