    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The service area is in the living room which is a public area within the home. This is not a suitable location for the service provided. Discussed with operator possible doing the service in the basement bedroom.
