- The facility does not have the following written procedures for the following:1. Water Quality and Incident Response Plan:- Steps to be taken when the following occurs and the appropriate contact person and emergency contact numbers: - standards for microbiology (water lab results), ORP, free chlorine, pH and clarity in the public swimming pool are not being met2. General Sanitation Plan:- list the chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection, and specify a routine schedule for adequate cleaning, and where necessary disinfecting, of: - walls, floors, and decks; - washrooms and change rooms; - showers; - any other area or equipment in contact with patrons of the pool

- There are missing parts of the anti-entrapment plan including a daily checklist for the covers and any outlet covers.Please ensure there is a daily checklist or log in place as the covers of each submerged suction outlet, including equalizer and vacuum outlets, must be routinely inspected prior to opening each day and throughout the day when the public swimming pool is in use.
