      • 1. The Operator was unable to locate current and updated anti-entrapment plans for the main drain covers during the inspection.       • **CORRECTED**1. The free chlorine was tested twice and measured 1.95ppm and 1.20ppm. Free chlorine adjusted at the automated controller and re-tested at 3.30ppm during the inspection. **Please maintain free chlorine above 2.0ppm at all times.

      • **CORRECTED**1. The main drain valve was opened at 45%. Valve adjusted to 30% during inspection to increase flow of water through skimmers as the top portion of water contains the highest amount of contaminants.
