      • 1. Water sample received by lab on December 12, 2025 not tested, because sample was received more than 24 hours after collection. The collection date on the requisition form was November 11, 2025.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. The floor tiles at the ladder near the water slide entrance were missing. 2. Rust noted in the basin in the following areas:- South wall by the stairs- In the middle of the east wall COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Repair areas noted above, so they are in good repair, smooth and easy to clean.

      • 1. The Operator was unable to locate current and updated anti-entrapment plans for the main drain covers during the inspection. The plans on file were completed in 2019 and were for drain covers that were installed in 2015 and expired in 2022. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please complete the anti-entrapment plans for the drain covers and submit for review. Include any supporting documentation such as drain cover certificate compliance and plumbing schematics.

      • **CORRECTED**1. The main drain valve was opened at 45%. Valve adjusted to 30% during inspection to increase flow of water through skimmers as the top portion of water contains the highest amount of contaminants.
