- Observation(s): Foods in left fridge were measured as high as 12°C. Hazardous foods must be stored at 4°C or below to prevent the growth of pathogens. Repair/replace this fridge so that hazardous foods are stored at 4°C or below

- Observation(s): • During time of inspection, soup was reheating on the stove at medium heat. The kitchen staff stated the stove turns on/off so they do not know how long it will take for the soup to reheat to 74C. All foods must be reheated to 74C or hotter within 2 hours. Staff may wish to use a log to ensure the reheating and cooling procedures are adhered to.
