      • No written procedures documentation was available on site at the time of inspection.-Ensure that written procedures documentation is available.

      • No soap was available for front hand sink and the hand sink in service room.-Ensure that the hand sink is properly supplied with warm water, soap and single use paper towels.

      • 1)The PREempt RTU bottles had expired in November 2025.       • The top up bottles were not labelled.-Ensure that the any top up bottles used are labelled properly.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Critical)?
      • 1)The alcohol pads used as an antiseptic were expired, with an expiry date of March 2024.-Obtain valid alcohol pads.2)The Tina davies needle cartridges were expired, with an expiry date of December 2025.-Obtain valid, in‑date needle cartridges and discontinue use of the expired products.

    • 09. Is a point of service risk assessment being performed of the condition of the client and of the equipment to be used on the client prior to performing a personal service?
      • Point of service risk assessment of the clints skin and condition of the nail is not being performed prior to offering services.Provide education to staff to perform point of care risk assessment of client's skin and nail condition. Refrain from providing services for client's whose skin or nail show sign of irritation, infection or infestation.

      • Reusable semi - critical equipment such as nail drills, nippers and clippers are not being cleaned and disinfected between use. - Clean and disinfect all semi critical reuseable equipment using a high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5.- Reusable non - critical equipment such brushes are not being cleaned and disinfected between use. Clean and disinfect all reuseable non-critical equipment using appropriate disinfectant after each use.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Dust and debris were observed in many areas around the facility including work surfaces and floors.Clean and disinfect all surfaces. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
