      • Some food and utensils were stored to close to the handwashing sink in the front. Move away from the handwashing sink and or install a splashguard.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine sanitizer test strips were water damaged. - Obtain new test strips. Store in a dry area and use to verify chemical concentrations regularly.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hot water tap at the handwashing sink on the main line is in disrepair. - Please fix immediately. All handwashing sinks must be supplied with hot and cold running water.

      • Cloths not kept immersed in a sanitizer solution. One sanitizer container had almost no sanitizer solution and the other for the espresso machine was empty. Ensure there is adequate amount of sanitizer solution in the bucket, Re-usable cloths must be fully submerged in the sanitizer solution.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine and Smartpower sanitizer test strips appeared to be water damaged. - Obtain new test strips for each chemical, store in a dry area and use to verify chemical concentrations regularly.
